E-Vouchers
EVO enables users to purchase digital vouchers instantly through the EVO e-wallet application. Purchased vouchers are delivered electronically within the application and may be redeemed with the respective service provider in accordance with the provider’s terms and conditions.
Digital vouchers from participating telecom operators, entertainment providers, gaming platforms, gift card providers, and other merchants made available through the EVO application.
Lebanese Pound (LBP) and United States Dollar (USD), depending on the selected voucher.
Voucher purchases are paid directly from the customer’s available EVO wallet balance.
Customers may purchase vouchers up to their available wallet balance and within the applicable wallet limits.
Upon successful payment, the voucher code or digital voucher details are displayed immediately within the EVO application and are accessible through the Order History section
EVO does not charge users any additional fee for purchasing digital vouchers unless otherwise communicated. The voucher selling price is displayed before purchase confirmation.
A purchase confirmation is displayed immediately upon successful completion of the transaction.
Voucher validity, expiry date, redemption conditions, and usage restrictions are determined by the respective voucher issuer and are displayed where applicable.
Once a voucher purchase has been successfully completed and the voucher has been delivered, the transaction cannot be cancelled, reversed, exchanged, or refunded except where required by applicable law or approved by the voucher issuer.
Customers are responsible for verifying the selected voucher type, denomination, and any associated recipient details before confirming the purchase. EVO shall not be liable for purchases authorized using incorrect information provided by the customer.
Voucher availability is subject to stock availability and the operational status of the respective service provider.
Customers may contact EVO Customer Support for assistance regarding voucher purchases. Resolution of voucher-related issues may require coordination with the voucher issuer.
